Our Client, a leading global Banking group, is looking to recruit a compliance specialist to join the Wholesale Banking Compliance Group in a mixed & varied advisory role. Duties will include:

• Review Group Compliance Policies and interpret requirements in the context of the business
• Design and implement compliance procedures that will enable the business to control regulatory risk, deliver sustainable growth and meet customer needs
• Maintain and update the Compliance manuals and provide guidance to the Business where required in conjunction with the Compliance Advisory teams
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's procedures guidelines and reporting requirements as well as any relevant regulatory and statutory requirements
• Support preparation for regulatory visits and investigations and coordinate and track engagement across the group

The ideal candidate should have previous Regulatory experience including Policy drafting and guidance with an understanding of Wholesale Banking and Markets businesses.
