General Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply regardless of when, where or by what means you access RiskComplianceJobs.com. By using the website, RiskComplianceJobs.com, you will have deemed to accept these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept the Terms and Conditions stated here, do not use RiskComplianceJobs.com or any of its services.
Some services from RiskComplianceJobs.com require registration. By applying for a job and by entering your email address, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Also, by subscribing to any of our email services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
1i. Registration
By applying to a job you must upload a CV. You will be given the option to make the CV available to registered Recruiters. If you agree to make either CV available you fully understand that RiskComplianceJobs.com is not liable for any advertising or subsequent communications you may receive from those registered recruiters.
There a four conditions you must comply with in order to have access to RiskComplianceJobs.com:
(i) your email address and unique application link are known by you only and may not be used by anyone else to access RiskComplianceJobs.com
(ii) you will not assist anyone who is not a registered user to gain access to any registration area of RiskComplianceJobs.com
(iii) you do not create additional registration accounts to abuse the site, or other users, or to pass yourself off as another user
(iv) you adhere to these terms and conditions
We will remove all details of your account and cancel your access immediately, without notice, should you break any of these four conditions.
Users are prohibited from violating or attempting to violate the security of RiskComplianceJobs.com including, without limitation, (a) accessing data not intended for such user or logging into a server or account which the user is not authorised to access, (b) attempting to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorisation, (c) attempting to interfere with service to any user, host or network including, without limitation, via means of submitting a virus to RiskComplianceJobs.com, overloading, "flooding", "spamming", "mailbombing" or "crashing", or (d) forging any TCP/IP packet header or any part of the header information in any e-mail or job posting. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. RiskComplianceJobs.com will investigate occurrences which may involve such violations and may involve, and co-operate with, policing authorities in prosecuting users who are involved in such violations.
You understand and acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in your RiskComplianceJobs.com Account, and that if you cancel your RiskComplianceJobs.com Account, all your account information, including CV's and email addresses will be marked as deleted in RiskComplianceJobs.com databases and will be removed from all areas of the RiskComplianceJobs.com site. Information may continue to be available for some period of time because of delays in propagating such deletion through RiskComplianceJobs.com's web servers. In addition, third parties may retain cached copies of your Information.
2ii. Specific Prohibited Uses
RiskComplianceJobs.com may be used only for lawful purposes by individuals seeking employment and career information and recruiters seeking employees or candidates. RiskComplianceJobs.com specifically prohibits any use of RiskComplianceJobs.com, and all users agree not to use, or allow any party under their control to use, RiskComplianceJobs.com, for any of the following:
- Posting any incomplete, false or inaccurate biographical information or information which is not your own accurate CV (living individual seeking employment on a full-time or part-time basis on his or her own behalf) - Posting any franchise, pyramid scheme, "club membership", distributorship or sales representative agency arrangement or other business opportunity which requires an up front or periodic payment, pays commissions only (no significant salary), requires recruitment of other members, sub-distributors or sub-agents.
RiskComplianceJobs.com does not necessarily monitor any materials posted, transmitted, or communicated to or within the Site. If you believe that something on the Site violates these Terms please contact us using the email address in Section 13 below.
If notified by a User of User Content or other materials which allegedly do not conform to these Terms, RiskComplianceJobs.com may in its sole discretion investigate the allegation and determine whether to take any other actions whether to remove or request the removal of the User Content. RiskComplianceJobs.com has no liability or responsibility to Users for performance or nonperformance of such activities.
2. Termination of registration
If we wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated. The agreement will terminate and your email address and password will become invalid on RiskComplianceJobs.com immediately.
3. Use of material appearing on RiskComplianceJobs.com
For the purposes of this agreement, "material" means material including, without limitation, text, video, graphics and sound material, published on the RiskComplianceJobs.com website, whether copyright of RiskComplianceJobs.com or a third party.
You may download and print extracts from the material and make copies of these for your own personal and non-commercial use only. You are not allowed to download or print the material, or extracts from it, in a systematic or regular manner or otherwise so as to create a database in electronic or paper form comprising all or part of the material appearing on RiskComplianceJobs.com.
You must not reproduce any part of RiskComplianceJobs.com or the material or transmit it to or store it in any other website or disseminate any part of the material in any other form, unless we have indicated that you may do so in the material itself.

We accept no responsibility for the content of advertising material, including, without limitation, any error, omission or inaccuracy therein.

6. Submitting graphical material and photography for publication on RiskComplianceJobs.com
You will be deemed to consent to these Terms & Conditions if you choose to post any content or comments to the site.
When you send a photograph or other graphical material to us you do so in accordance with these Terms of service.
This means that you hereby agree that you have taken the photograph(s) you have sent to us or you have permission from or are authorised by the owner of the photograph(s) to send it (them) to us, and you are granting us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish or otherwise use the photograph(s) in any way and at any time we want on the RiskComplianceJobs.com web site.
Selected photographs and graphical material will be published at the discretion of the editor and you will not be paid, even if your photograph(s) is (are) published.
We may cut, edit, crop or arrange your photograph(s) or graphic as we think fit to appear on the RiskComplianceJobs.com web site, and we may remove your photograph(s) or graphics at any time.
Your name will be published alongside your photograph(s) or graphic, but we may edit or delete any comments which you submit along with your photograph(s) or graphic.
IMPORTANT: You or the owner of the photograph(s) still own the copyright in the photograph(s) sent to us and are free to republish the photograph(s) wherever you or the owner wish and in whatever medium you or the owner want.
7. Submitting text for publication on RiskComplianceJobs.com
Users of our site may submit material for publication in various areas of the site, including our Resources section and job board service. We accept no liability in respect of any material submitted by users and published by us and we are not responsible for its content and accuracy.
If you want to submit material to us for publication on RiskComplianceJobs.com, you may do so on the following terms and conditions:
(i) publication of any material you submit to us will be at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to make additions or deletions to the text or graphics prior to publication, or to refuse publication
(ii) you grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide licence to republish any material you submit to us in any format, including without limitation print and electronic format
(iii) you warrant to us that any material you submit to us is your own original work and that you own the copyright and any other relevant rights
(iv) you warrant that the material you submit is not obscene, offensive, defamatory of any person or otherwise illegal
(v) you agree not to post material which is deliberately intended to upset other users
(vi) you acknowledge that any breach of these warranties may cause us damage or loss and you agree to indemnify us in full and permanently against any third party liabilities, claims, costs, loss or damage we incur as a result of publishing material you submit to us, including consequential losses.
(vii) we reserve the right to remove your access to individual services completely if we believe you are abusing the services in any way.

9. Variations
These terms may be varied from time to time. Please ensure that you review these terms and conditions regularly as you will be deemed to have accepted a variation if you continue to use the site after it has been posted. Details of variations will be posted in section 12 below.
10. Force majeure
Although we will do our best to provide constant, uninterrupted access to RiskComplianceJobs.com, we do not guarantee this. We accept no responsibility or liability for any interruption or delay.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
This agreement is governed by Scottish law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

16. Limitation of Liability.
RISKCOMPLIANCEJOBS.COM'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY RISKCOMPLIANCEJOBS.COM SITE OR YOUR USE OF THE RISKCOMPLIANCEJOBS.COM CONTENT, REGARDLESS OF THE CAUSE OF ACTION (WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, BREACH OF WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE), WILL NOT EXCEED £50 UK STERLING.
